Except that I read on a thread tonight (can't remember which one), someone posted that the Florida Supreme Court (that tried to give the Presidency to Algore), said that withholding food and water is not something that can be legislated, it's authority to do so is from the Florida Constitution. In other words, it doesn't matter what laws the legislators make, the Florida Kangeroo court will say it, the legislative branch, has no authority to prevent the withholding of food and water as pertains to Terri. How is it, though, that people would get in trouble for withholding food and water from inmates and animals?

The Florida Supreme Court, those are social promotions. They are not familiar with Criminal Statute 825 which states that it is forbidden to withhold nutrition and hydration from disabled persons. STUPID FLORIDA SUPREME COURT, I don't take the time to say enough HOW STUPID THEY REALLY ARE... felt good. FV
