The DCF needs to do something! Even if this new law saves Terri from death it still doesn't remove Hino as guardian.
She's still going to be stuck in that room under his control.
Once Terri's life has been saved, then the guardianship should be taken up. It is an incredible outrage that Michael has been allowed to remain her guardian.
