They are already backtracking about retroactivity. IF THEY RETROACTIVELY TRIED TO KILL TERRI, THEY CAN RETROACTIVELY PREVENT HER MURDER. They can't only apply retroactivity when they want to harm her, a disabled woman. This needs to be hammered home to Tallahassee if they try to wiggle out of signing this bill.

Feeding tubes were okay when Terri had her incident. Then suddenly, in 1998 or 1999, her feeding tube was deemed artificial life support meaning they were then free to kill her which WAS ALWAYS WRONG BECAUSE SHE'S NOT PVS. But, retroactivity applies for or against her. Not just again.
