They are not saying anything about Baxley's statement that "they would insure Terri would be included in the bill." Well, if they can retroactively make her feeding tube Medical Treatment, they can retroactively STOP HER DATE WITH DEATH.

Retroactive should be balanced or everything to date is null and void.
