Michael Schiavo is in league with Natashay Yvonne Ward, 33, who starved to death her children, Shanieka Y. Ward, 11; Latricia Ward, 9; and Christopher O. Ward, 8. Also a fellow traveler is Jacques Robidoux who intentionally starved his son Samuel on April 26, 1999, just three days before he reached his first birthday to fulfill a religious vision.

After six-and-a-half hours of deliberations, the jury of six men and six women found Jacques Robidoux guilty of first degree murder on June 14, 2002. The Massachusetts court handed him a mandatory life sentence.

Natashay Yvonne Ward, has been charged with capital murder and has admitted starving the children. Alabama does have the death penalty and would she qualify because the murders were premeditated.

We shall expect a murder indictment to be handed down to Michael Schiavo if he similarly succeeds in starving his wife. Judge Greer would be considered an accomplice and Florida does have the death penalty.

Maybe one of you has a better memory! There was a family who confined their adult disabled sister to a bedroom in the home and starved her to death. I think it's been less than a year and it happened in Florida. No luck googling, I must not have the right search terms. I wanted to see what they were charged with if anyone remembers.
