That was the minority alternate theory presented to explain Rush's silence. It happens to be the one I think to be the most likely one.

Any word on whether the DCF has ever challenged a judge? I fear tht it never has and will therefore claim that challenging a judge is beyond its mission.

The best hope now is with Congress and only if Senator Frist can permit passage of a national Terri's Law with a 50-50 vote, with Cheney breaking the tie. I am not even sure if he can find 38 senators to support the measure.

Several posters told me he's being silent, another said Rush said something a week or so ago -- and one nutcase poster calls me a "liar" for suggesting, from what I've heard, that Rush is silent. I don't get to hear Rush's show. Is he or is he not addressing the Schiavo issue?
