I'm too sick to do anything yet. Hopefully, I'll be able to go Saturday to the VIGIL/PROTEST at Hospice Woodside. There are supposed to be tons of people that day from all over the place.

Nice to see you back, fv .. I was worried about you .. thought you were maybe in Tallahassee.

Could this be true?? "Schiavo will not be denied access to the 1.6 million settlement upon her death according to Allred, as to the way her client has structured his offer." It's not adding up to me.

HEAR THE AUDIO: Gloria Allred/KMC on Teri Schiavo

~6:20pm~ EST

GLORA ALLRED TALKS WITH KMC ABOUT TERI: As much as it bothers me to know that the cretin known as Michael Schiavo will actually become wealthy because of it, (makes me "rancidly sick" actually), the offer couldn't come at a more perfect time.

A generous and wealthy businessman by the name of Robert Herring Sr. says "He wouldn't be able to live with himself, if he knew that offering the money would save Teri's life, but had not offered it."

I just concluded my discussion with well known attorney Gloria Allred, and here is the final three minutes of that discussion. She makes it absolutely clear...

All Michael has to do is yeild all guardianship rights to Teri's treatment, care, and future decisions over to her parents - and he can have the $1,000,000.

I just wish Michael was the sort of person who was more like Robert Herring Sr. - and less like himself. Teri'sfight.org reports today that Judge Greer has in his latest rulings denied Teri access to food, water, and even medical testing with new technology that was not available years ago at the time of her last examination. Teri was diagnosed in 1993 as "improving", but has been denied even prescribed therapy by her husband Michael Schiavo ever since the courts awarded Teri settlements in excess of 1.6 million dollars due to malpractice. Michael Schiavo is the sole beneficiary of Teri's settlements upon her death.

An amazing admission in my phone call with Allred, Schiavo will not be denied access to the 1.6 million settlement upon her death according to Allred, as to the way her client has structured his offer.

Amazingly Michael Schiavo could reap $2.6 million if he would only let her live...
