"Schiavo parents seek divorce for her."

Does anyone else think it's relevant that Terri was thinking about divorce BEFORE her alleged collapse and that there were also allegations of abuse by Michael BEFORE Terri became disabled. See POST 370, read all of it, especially the last part where Terri makes a comment about the Karen Ann Quinlan case.
More evidence here that questions Michael's suitability to have ever been Terri's guardian, that has been totally ignored by "judge" Greer.

I have another question: Where is the Catholic church? Terri should be granted an immediate annulment based on the adultery of Michael, and most importantly the fact that he is trying have her euthanized by means of starvation/dehydration which the Pope has spoken out against and the church forbids.

If the Church wants to make a statement here and prevent the future executions of more disabled persons, based on hearsay evidence- they can start here. Grant Terri an annulment, DO IT NOW. TIME IS RUNNING OUT. THE EXECUTION DATE AND TIME HAVE BEEN SET- WHERE ARE YOU CHURCH?
(no offense to Catholics here, I'm referring to the Church higher ups- I'm also Catholic.) Take this to the Pope if necessary. If they succeed in killing Terri, it will set a precedent that will leave no disabled person safe, if he she has lost the ability to communicate and requires feeding through a tube.(this is only the beginning, next they will say that a disabled person who has to be spoon fed does not have a "quality of life" and will order their executions as well)

Any guardian will be able to go to court and just state so and so told me they wanted to be starved and dehydrated if they ever became disabled. They "guardian" won't have to have proof, or only a low level of proof. The court will be able to order the execution of the vulnerable based on next to nothing for proof that this was the person's wishes.

I think husband living in open adultery and fathered 2 children by other woman, while simultaneously attempting to have wife euthanized through starvation/dehydration, is more than enough grounds to annul the marriage.

I really like your recent posts on this and other threads. I keep praying for a miracle, and if the miracle that would save Terri has anything to do with the Catholic Church, by golly, I hope that will be accomplished. God won't be mocked, not even by His Church. Bishop Lynch had better get his act together.
