I, too, am hoping that Greer seizes this opportunity to get out of the Schiavo case. He very obviously WANTS Terri to starve and dehydrate to death, but he may realize now that even if poor Terri does die, this situation is going to be scrutinized very carefully...which would not be good for Greer. My hope is that Greer grants the 60 day stay and later is bumped out of the loop for good.

Me thinks you have an ulterior motive. Like many anti-lifers, you are afraid if we save Terri's innocent life, the courts will also rule in favor of saving other innocent lives, including abortion.
