The way I'm looking at it, is that if Greer didn't order a stay now that this is in the public's eye, Jeb would have absolutely every right to put Terri in protective custody while the investigation is ongoing. If Greer pushes Jeb, Jeb will know what to do.
Ohioan from FL,I agree with you. Jeb will give Greer a chance. If Greer does not take it, Jeb will move. That is certainly within the law, as the DCF has that right and duty to take temporary charge of Terri if she is in continual danger. And Jeb said, "within the law"...
