He's not ruled on their motion yet, as far as I know. I certainly hope he is. Not that it isn't bad enough to sentence her to death without allowing for a functional MRI to determine her condition, but doing it without allowing her her statutorily guaranteed human services as well?
I don't know how anyone could possibly excuse such a thing.
