The Schindlers said that they prefered to keep the complaint private, but didn't "object"
Let's just hope that the witnesess who are quoted in the complaint are strong. I think they knew what their observations could lead to so I beleive they are prepared.
I will be very curious to see what is in there. So tomorrow is a big day. The Florida DFC report of abuses will be made public as well as the hearing for the various complaints before Greer, all "end of life issues" like can there please be a funeral instead of an instant cremation.
Why do so many of his ruling tend to happen on Friday's with Judge Greer?
I am encouraged by the legislative initiaves happening. We have lived through this before, with Terri's Law, and she was restored nourishment. Hopefully they will get the laws passed before March 18th so that Terri can be saved.
