I don't see anything in the statute saying that it is necessary to remove the tube. I wonder if Felos is up to something,

The tube wasn't removed the first time, I was told, only capped off. The 2nd time, it was removed and had to be reinserted. I can't remember who told me that.

I don't know who told you that either, but that's exactly what happened. They figured that if they surgically removed it, it would most definitely result in Terri's death. But they weren't counting on the Internet and the power of prayer.

It has nothing to do with being better. Some of us have poured over those statutes more than once. I feel like I could find most anything in them at this point. Ethan_Allen searched them a whole lot too around the time when Terri's law was passed. Some other freepers did too but I can't think of them all.

do you remember when the Terri's Law came into being and Terri was taken back to the hospital to have the tube put back in? Felos was told them that they better not put the tube back in or he would sue the hospital!

To my earlier point, if Michael alwasy knew Terri wouldn't want to live like this, then why did he put the tube in in the first place??? He is not being consistant.
