Keep this information on hand, nic ... because IF Terri had said she did not want to be kept alive with life-sustaining measures, her frame of reference could only have been Karen Ann Quinlan, on life support with a VENTILATOR, early 1990's, I believe. Nutrition and hydration were not even on the horizon at that time. Then her "incident." Then husband from hell meets attorney from hell. Attorney from hell has the Legislature change life-sustaining measures to include food and water. Now to get the courts to sanction the murder, which it did. She was factored into a situation where she could not possibly have consented ... floriduh voter is absolutely correct ... if she can be condemned retroactively, she can be saved retroactively. It's as simple as that. The only thing the Merchants of Death did not factor is was GOD. Man plans ... God decides. May His Name be praised forever.

Of course; had she said she wanted to have her husband withhold food and water, he wouldn't have been allowed, nor would any hospital, because at the time that Terri could still speak, that was a crime, a felony. I doubt that Terri ever asked her husband to commit or conspire with a hospital to commit a felony upon her person.
