Maureen Dowd on Meet the Press...I wonder if she will continue her attack on Condi Rice.
First Robin Givans in the Washington Post wrote that fashion critique and charaterized Condi's wardrobe as "dominatrix." Then Maureen Dowd took up the same line, with even more insulting comments.
I believe they are trying to hint that she is the President's mistress. I know that sounds ridiculous, but it has been rumbling around in the darker reaches of the left-wing web sites, as well as hinted at in cartoons. I would bet cash money that they are going to try this trashy attack, although with hints and "clever" commentary.

Thanks again Alas, you are part of my Sunday morning ritual.
Are there no other people in this country who could be on these shows? How about Condi rice or one of our Military?
To: Miss Marple
Biden seems to be getting more pompous and arrogant as the months and years wear on. Perhaps it is a defense mechanism because he is unproductive.

Is it that he is getting worse, or that as I get older I have less tolerance for fools and blowhards?
Which came first, the chicken or the egg? LOL!

Biden:
"there ain't no lock box.." And he's a Senator folks. Is it any wonder as to why kids these days talk funny?

Dowd has a tenth of Condi's IQ. She won't dare. You know all others in her family are strong Bushies.

We don't get MTP until the next hour over here. Listening to McCain on FNS. He has a dreadful case of the sniffles. Someone needs to email him a handkerchief.

I think she will. They are afraid of Condi and have been trying to think up a way to attack her for some time.
To: mainepatsfan
Why should conservatives be able to appear only as guests.
Since Tony Snow left FNS, there are no conservative hosts on these shows.
Has anybody heard how Tony is doing, by the way?

When asked who McCain would see as the next Pubbie Presidential candidate--McCain laughs, and says, "Jeb Bush--if you like dynasties and all that."
He goes on to say he likes Jeb, but the field is wide open, and it depends on how the economy, etc., is going.
