It is...but when they couple them with all of those hundreds of new SU-27's and SU-35's and their own new J-10's...it will be tough to get at them from over the Straits of Formosa or the SOuth China Sea.
POarticularly since we do not have the legs of the AIM-54's (Phoenix missile system) available any more and no future production planned.
