Something is out of sorts here.
Even if they used a shotgun up close and personal, I doubt that they would get such a "clean" topping. It would be quite a bit messier.
Can't be a shotgun, agreed. It'd likely be a flatter, slower round in order to remove the top portion of skull
Is it the gun - or the bullet - that most determines the damage?
