I would have to go back with a calender and try and figure it out but I believe he has made several rulings on Friday afternoons....I call them sneaky pete rulings

He'll get the press coverage, but less of it, and the government offices to complain are all shutting down. People like to leave early on Fridays (or so I hear). ;-)
