Despite common opinion, we are not a hate group, that we do not condone acts of violence, or any illegal acts towards military facilities or personnel.

It's funny how all "hate groups" have this kind of statement as a part of their public release information. They make these statements while at the same time, would conveniently turn their collective backs secretly cheering on violent behavior toward the subjects of their hate.

That disclaimer is simply legalese that they think will shield them from the inveitable lawsuits should someone commit an act of domestic terror against military personnel or installations. Leavenworth, anyone?
