Stapp is currently working on an "album inspired by The Passion of the Christ"

I know he is but all the interviews I have seen or read are him distancing himself from the "Christian" label. I loved Creed's music and like Alter Bridge (Creed without Stapp). In my experience, Stapp was always "I am spiritual but im not a Christian songwriter...". WHat is so wrong with being a Christian songwriter to Scott? Could it be he thinks record sales would flatten out if he were labeled "Christian Rock Band"?

I like Stapp's music, I just wish he would acknowledge the huge pink elephant in the room...

I've always wondered what is so wrong with NOT being one, and still being a christian. Why can't you do one or two gospel songs, and some about love, or something else? Music is a form of entertainment, like movies. Do you limit yourself to ONLY movies about God.
