There was a show on Discovery (can't remeber the name) that recreated the shot. Moving target (a watermelon) in a car like JFK's and he was able to hit it from the same elevation and distance with the same gun LHO used. I belive he hit it 2 out of 3 times.

That would be a feat. For the real shooter, imagine the pressure, the potential for a fight or capture and the fact that he had never worked on that range before. To recreate something, IMO, is far easier than to pull it off under the gun (so to speak).

yes when the gun would fire took 3 tries to get 3 consectuive shots.
