When I found myself so depressed that I could not laugh or joke or be happy or positive about anything, I realized I had to do something to get out of the downward spiral of negativity. The answer for me was as simple as forcing myself to watch the "three stooges" every night. After a week I was kicking butt again,and have never looked back and that was ten years ago. Sometimes thinking too deep or being too introspective can make things worse. Be silly and goofy and come back to us here at FReeper city soon. We miss your intellect, insight and outlandish sense of humor. I agree about Hunter Thompson of course. LOLOL.
