One thing that I've found to help me out (in addition to prayer, which is a somewhat new one by me) is EXCERCISE! Don't go overboard too fast, and make sure to stretch and warm up. But getting your heart up into the aerobic zone does wonders for both the body and the mind. (The only problem is that a vigorous exercise schedule cuts into FReeping time - but it's worth it in the long run.)
