He also has said that he wants her immediately cremated after her death - (which may be against her religious beliefs).

Cremation before a funeral is forbidden under Catholic rules from what I understand. But IIRC Michael has gone further as to say there'd be no memorial service of any sort.

Catholics can be cremated. No rule against it that I know of. Michael the Monster has evil intent.....no autopsy for one thing. I also think he wants to deprive her parents of a grave to visit.

He's so cruel it is beyond belief.

Catholics are allowed to be cremated nowadays. Certain rules apply. It is preferred that the body be brought to the funeral Mass, and that the cremains be buried, placed in a columbarium, or treated in other respectful manner (not scattered).
