I'm sure the judge and her husband don't care about the enormous amount of stress they are causing the people who love Terry. There should be no rush in a case like this to kill an innocent person without getting all the facts and medical information first. If there is even one doctor who testifies that Terry could make some kind of recovery the court should give her that opportunity immediately. If her husband and the judge have nothing to worry about or gain from Terry's death they shouldn't stand in the way of her getting treatments. If they continue to block her treatment and push for her death it means they have a vested interest in killing her.

Pretty good summation. It says it all.

It it even remotely plausible that Terri would rather be put to death under these circumstances than live with her parents!? If she hated her parents, maybe, but there's no sign whatsoever of that.
