It is interesting that even in an article that seems to be pro-Terri, the journalist assumes that Terri is unaware of her surroundings or the controversy. But that of course is one of the key disputes in the case.
It is really the only issue that matters. All the other issues about the character of Michael and the judge in the case are an annoying distraction.
