No, my sister's toes are situated that way, I noticed it one summer in a drug store and began hysterically laughing.

I am the only one out of the 5 of my brothers and sisters who has the Big Second Toe (BST).

I remember when my first child was born (almost 10 years ago), I called my sister and said "We had a girl -- and her second toe is normal!".

It's called "Morton's Toe." You can Google up a lot of references on it.

Apparently, it made designing running shoes difficult.
