When I lived in Atlanta, the ACLU took up the case of a man who insisted he had the right to a bumper sticker that read "S**t happens" (with all the letters in it). Instead of fighting back directly, the Sons of Confederate Veterans issued bumper stickers ... and within a week the ACLU had dropped the whole subject.
