I guess you have not read, the devil was indeed accused and punished for the seduction of EVE. Paul even compares the 'holy seduction' of Eve to we Christians to this day about being spiritually seduced.

When Paul was struck down on his way to Damascus (which means - tame heifer) Christ asked Paul "Saul, Saul, why persecutes thou ME?" Christ did not say Saul, Saul you are a killer.

Our Heavenly Father will chose whom He will and will use whom He will and Paul was required to pay a price for persecuting the followers of Christ yet had he been a 'killer' as you state the requirement would have been a death sentence as require by law. (God's law)
