I must say that is the oddest argument from authority I've ever seen. I asked you to provide proof for the statement that the "majority of scientists believe global warming is real". In response you give the testimony of ONE unnamed meteorologist. In response I provide a petition signed by seventeen thousand scientists, and that isn't enough for you!
Talk about cognitive dissonance.
Anyway, you failed to provide any proof to your statement, I'm looking forward to your proof.
I pointed you to a specialist in the field, who said just that (" We are in a period of global warming and almost all scientists agree on that") and who is far more knowledgable in the field than you or me. Did you actually read the reply? If you don't like his answer, take it up with him. I never claimed to be a climate specialist and that's probably not your profession either.
In response I provide a petition signed by seventeen thousand scientists, and that isn't enough for you! Talk about cognitive dissonance.
I asked you a question, which you have avoided answering. I'll repeat it. What percentage of scientists is 17,000? If it's not the majority, then you don't have a case.
I await your research on the numbers.
