You have to give RUSH a pass.

George Bush wouldn't be President today if there were no Rush Limbaugh.

Sean did a terrific job doing his part to beat John Kerry.

I personally think he's taken on too much with the TV show and the 3 hours a day on radio.

Add to that his touring and before you know it, you're a legend in your own mind.

He's very proud of what he's achieved and lets us know frequently. OTOH, he repeats himself for the new folks turning in....so those of us who can listen to him for hours he can sound like a broken record.

I just think now that the election is over, he's spread too thin. Maybe it's Hannitty Fatigue.

Then he has been fatigued for some time now. They, Rush and Shaun both have been critical of commentary on this board, but Shaun's comment was far too broad and nailed us all for what he apparently sees as a bad place controlled by fringe nuts.

That is far too personal, and rush has not said anything for a while. We have indeed improved the forum.

And yes-- I agree, without Rush, Bush would NOT have been elected president. For those last three or so months,in 2000, when everyone in the media was saying "it's over", Rush kept us all positive.And, after that "magical week", in October, I think, Rush said, Bush has this won. Trust me folks.

( The magical week I am referring to, was after GW appeared on Oprah, at the same time Gore was caught in THREE big lies, the school desk, the woman picking up bottles and cans, and the drugs for his mother, which turned out to be for the dog. THAT, is what did Gore in, even though the DUmmies tried a last-minute it on GW, with the Drunk Driving charge.)
