Sort of. If you go to alexa, they stick a spyware thing on your conputer, and then it counts the number of times you click on a web sites. NEVER download their toolbar. Any person who uses the internet should have spyware, firewall, and virus protection etc to prevent this stuff. It's the only tracking site I know of. Maybe there is another system out there, I don't know of it though.
I have been having problems with Google, and my MSN, among other sites that I've had trouble using of late.
I've had to restore my computer several times over the past few months.
