I'm not being thin skinned, he was crass by dissing us to promote his site. If he really wanted to promote conservative viewpoints, should be glad there are different sites out there. The more there are, the more chance for change we have. He should get over here and explain himself. But, he won't. He wants us to buy a membership to his site. What he did wasn't conservative, it was a play right out of the liberal handbook.

Just as we should be glad for him. I don't think he was dissing FR in order to promote his site. I've read the comments on FR about Sean, and they've been completely unfair, and I think he was being completely honest about his perspective when he said that many FReepers eat their own. As I've said before, many of those who criticize Sean aren't making honest and intellegient critiques or giving helpful and constructive criticism; they're mean-spirited in their dislike of his personal style. It really smacks of jealousy as the criticism is so petty. I honestly don't get the overwhelming dislike of Hannity here on FR.

"He should get over here and explain himself. But, he won't."

Well, I can't imagine how he accomplishes what he does. He has a wife and kids, he has a full-time job with his own radio show, then has only 3 hours after the end of that until his TV show at night. Then he writes books, promotes books for others (like Levin's), makes tours, etc. He and Bush both have an energy I wish I had at least half of!

You don't have to buy a membership to his site to particpate on his discussion forum, so obviously that wasn't his motive. And I can't think of anything more conservative than honestly saying things like they are, especially if that has been his personal experience here, and from my observations long before today, it has been.
