Your statement above indicates that grace is all that is needed. I was just pointing out your error.
I'm sorry, perhaps you misunderstood.
My statement indicated that none of us can "get in" on our own righteousness, because we are all sinners. But for Christ's sacrifice and grace, we would all be doomed.
Do you think it's a rather human trait to think something like "Yeah, I'm a sinner, but I'm not as much of a sinner as ________ is....________'s sin is really bad"?
