Actually, Paul wrote that "loving your neighbor" was the fulfillment of the entire law. If you truly loved your neighbor, then you were already keeping the commandment to love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength.
I've already posted the exegesis on what Jesus said chapter and verse. You'll have to fill me in on this vague "Paul said".
