That was early on....not sure now. They have tent set up in parking lot near ambulances.

Surgeons have arrived at mall to treat wounded.........Huh? Just guessing but it would seem appropriate in a mass casualty situation to send a trauma surgeon on scene as part of the response protocol. The severely wounded might stand a better chance of survival that way.
