Every time I'm at the Galleria, the thought of something like this crosses my mind...it's always good to be aware of the threats we face in the world today. I usually don't let it bother me but it's something to be aware of...even some place as relatively empty as the South Hills Mall is a target.

Mine too....It's pretty sad that we even think of such a thing isn't it?
Like, everytime I am at the Galleria I am soooo in a shopping zone like I don't even see anything but shoes...I am like soooo sure I'd still be trying on bitchin things...fer sure.
Back when I worked in a mall, I went over situations like this with the staff. Sounds like the kids who are working in Gap responded smartly to safeguard the customers.
