I would support and even contribute to a private fund to subsidize a one way outgoing ticket across the US Border for any liberals willing to legally, permanently and officially renounce their US citizenship.
A private fund is all right; I might even donate to that, so long as we establish where the liberals are to go to, and it's not Britain. I suggest our Canadian bretheren sever their ties to Quebec, and all of the liberals are dumped in Montreal.
However, spending of that kind should be voluntary.
