It's a stupid law. Prohibition was a stupid law. The Germans are very familiar with stupid laws.
Hypothetical:(only because they can't figure out how to do it yet) If they pass a law tomorrow in New York that every E-mail sent out from New York will cost a buck and you have the option of sending an E-mail from a site in New Jersy, what will you do?
