I don't know if it's the image of Jesus or not. I don't need that to believe in Jesus. HE lives in my heart and HE's very real to me.
Jesus said, "Blessed are those who believe and have not seen".
I believe the world's "image" of what Jesus the Man looked like somehow came from the negative of what's on that shroud. I don't know how that could have happened but most all images of Christ are remarkably similar, and they all look remarkably like the negative of the image on that shroud. That alone is miracle enough for me.
Money,, as in coins have a graven image on them.
