Well let's see... there's the Laterneau case. There is one here locally where the teacher is pregnant, and law enforcement must be notified 24 hours in advance if she decides to have an abortion so they can run DNA test to see if a 13 year old is the father. We shall see...

No charges in this other chase.! Change the law. Since Donna (this new case) is in a position of authority (teacher-student) over the 16 year-old, perhaps some new law needs to be put in place.
