"Hey, Grampa....you got something going on "outing" reporters aligned with the pro-homosexual agenda? I'd be interested in helping gather information or being pinged to same."

I will ping you when I do these searches.

In the meantime you can do a forum check on me and see on the homosexual agenda threads my replies which often out these so called writers. They are in overdrive from before the election and after it.

I think all Freepers should be mindful of your guidelines. Over the years, I have seen postings related to the public entity where I work and have refrained from commenting on them.

While MD4BUSH's conduct is inexcusable, it seems to me that NCPAC's conduct was quite reckless given his high profile position.

I alerted the mod, explained the situation and when I checked back it the thread was gone and so was the poster..several of us addressed JR to the thread also. Publishing freepmail is a no no..I once threatened to post Burkeman1's abusive mail before I even knew how..JR came on that flameout thread and told me no no!

I'm not a lawyer, but something smells pretty rotten about this "MD4Bush" stuff. Can FR use the racketeering/conspiracy laws against the MSM culprits (whoever they might be found out to be) on this?

Laz.. I wrote something adding to your rules; but I think I need to ask something first.

Scenario: You are President of a large company. Employee A steals personal items from Employee B. Employee B sues the PRESIDENT of the company asserting that the THEFT GOES ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP. Does the suit fly? In real time, no. Usually not.

So, why is it Dems always charge that something done by Republicans always goes to the top? Abu Ghraib, O'Malley. This has also been the foundation upon which most all frivolous class-action suits have been filed.

Why is the MSM abetting crapola which doesn't fly in real time?

O'Malley's opponent didn't post here. So does this also mean.. that had Steffan been in a bar chatting with people and the issue of the "rumor" came up and Steffan chatted about it... O'Malley would have shrieked that it went all the way to the top? Or that the Owner of the Bar should be charged with what? Criminal beer talk?

The warning to "high profile" people is valid only in that they need to be really aware there are those who are intent upon hunting you down. But it also applies to anyone posting here not under the control of PC....

Well, I'm not sure that the media's treatment of Gannon or NCPAC is going to gain much traction as a scandal. They're just 2 more glaring examples of the MSM's leftwing bias. It's not so much scandal as it is just more predictable behavior on their part....

It's more likely that the e-mail messages were illegally intercepted and that a criminal violation of the Electronic Communications Privacy Act occurred.

Explain this "more likely"...and..."illegally intercepted"....does not follow Occam's Razor...

I learned long ago, that liberals use aliases. Some of the most useful information I learned about cyber; I learned via gopher. And most all of it written by liberals. Perhaps this is why Al Gore claims to have invented the Internet. He didn't. But his articulation of this was fairly bold, on one hand; ridiculous, on the other.

Note also the start date, Oct 7, the day of the first debate. We're talking recon. MD4Bush went onto the original O'Malley rumor thread (which had started on July 7, 04)the very next day and tried to rope someone else (don't recall who it was) in but failed. MD went back in there during December and pinged it to NCPAC specifally asking the question that if they "got Kerrik then let's get O'Malley," or something to that effect.

The enemy has engaged, has returned fire, and, baby, the battle is on. They may have won a skirmish, but they've admitted there's a war.

OK, We need a General....don't we? And a Battle Plan...

lol. Why ya askin', Ernest.. :) No, no! I was posing a theoretical that has bugged me ever since the Internet began getting big. Liberals posit that "words equals actions". The MSM backs them up on this. The MSM uses very select "action" words to perpetrate bias and get so furious when they are called on it. I think two people having cyber sex is, uh, weird; it's something else. But I don't consider it "actually having sex". And that mere words causing a Harvard Female MIT to swoon -- is resulting evidence of over 30 years of perpetrating a swooning mindset via feminists, in this instance.

Amazing how the MSM can't get it straight that we aren't bloggers and it isn't a chat room.

Your guvernimint sez otherwise...

They were a dry leftist imitation of what MD4Bush thought a conservative ought to be writing.

What a thoughtful, and provocative post, JJ. What I come away with is this:

When did Democratic legislators begin legislating outside of the hall? They've used the MSM to do this. We rail about activist judicial judges; but there are some activist democrats who are attempting to foist law; and before the public using the MSM -- and THEN they invite other legislators in for a hearing. This is backwards. This is an abuse of power given to legislators.

It's so similar to the Rodney King case, isn't it. The beatings, always the beating; but not what Rodney did. And this all before any of the facts came to court. They prejudiced the public before the public could learn the facts.

To the MSM and Democrats: If you don't like what you read in here: simply click to another website. Isn't that the usual response of liberals, Dems, and the MSM?

It's exactly what is going on in re the Gannon and the Steffan cases. And so, now they've prejudiced the public, they demand "investigations" and "inquiries".. yeah.. the "seriousness of the charges" via MSM constitute a LAW. not. This is an abuse of power by both Dem and MSM.

"MUST CARRY-MUST GO!"!!!

I agree. NCPAC had been fairly open about working for the governor and about his prior jobs. Someone already targetting the governor / MD GOP could have gone looking for NCPAC.

Hmmm....so maybe try this, click below:

Sign the Easongate Petition

Then click on Petition in the black bar just under the EASONGATE.COM in the header Graphic.

For me the bottom entry fields of the petition don't all show up initially until I start filling in some of the fields.

If that doesn't work, let me know.

I am assuming you at least get to the website.
