what about illegals and the homeless?No matter how cheap you make insurance i doubt either of those groups who are probably goingot have the highest number of hospital visits through alchoholrelated illness and stab wounds in th case ofthe homeless and exotic foriegn diseases in the case of illegals are going to have one penny to spare on madatory insuranc e premiums.So the people that go ot the er the most are still not going to pay becaseu the y still wont have insurance
