Spencer won. He was ahead with cars in the wall. If the nascar people in charge of the button are too busy watching the leaders to do their job, then they need to be replaced.

It's another one of those deals where the person with the finger on the caution light button was snoozing. That happened in cup last season as well.
There were many seconds that went by after the wrecks before the caution came out. Can you tell with your rewind?
