U.S. funding, Israeli construction, what does the Palestinian Authority contribute?...Promise to not attack the Israelis for the next 24 hours? Wonder if they'll make 24 hours. I can't verify it on any news source, but Fox News reported a Jewish civilian shot by a gunman a little while ago.
