I have never been to a creationist web site in my life. I have however been to a number of chemistry class as my degree is in biochemistry. I do know that entropy is a measure of disorder and that without outside influence entropy will increase. Am I missing anything yet, oh lord of science?

Yes. You are approaching entropy from the creationists "disorder" perspective and ignoring the thermodynamic concept of entropy, the ability of a system to do work.
