It is about a particular common device of known design that Behe used as an analogy to help explain his theory which his opponents then claim could have been evolved DESPITE ITS KNOWN DESIGN. Perhaps he should call his example an "evo trap" because you fell into it also.
I mean concerning your "falsification" why not just cite a cat?
IC does not "postulate a known design." It observes a known organism and claims it can't be reduced.
