1pm EST : "Dereliction of Duty": Buzz discusses his two years as the military aide to President Bill Clinton, his best selling books "Dereliction of Duty" and "Reckless Disregard," and several Clinton-esque moments...the time Bill lost the nuclear codes, Monica, Hillary, the failure to launch a war on terror, Iraq, etc. It's the true inside look into the Clinton White House from the man closest to the president at all times, the man with the "nuclear football."
2pm EST Kerry Houston is on assignment, today we will replay a "Best of Table Talk"!
3pm EST Martha talks to talk show host, Roger Hedgecock about the number on issue in America--immigration reform.
4pm EST Today we talk with Dr. David Deming who is fighting University reprisals for writing a pro-gun letter to the editor at University of Oklahoma.
Thanks for the heads up and the link.
"3pm EST Martha talks to talk show host, Roger Hedgecock about the number on[e] issue in America--immigration reform."
FYI
The local morning radio conservative (and some time contributor to Free Republic) denounces the citizens' efforts as knuckle dragging, pot and pan banging, and cheap self-promotion that discredits conservatives. He argues that his carefully researched position on ILLEGAL immigration is best for the Republican Party; i.e., submit.
The evening local radio conservative is teamed with Mr. Hedgecock -- along with many other talk show hosts -- and is leading the trip from Sacramento this coming April.
The telling event? Talk shows are egos and business. Nothing else matters. Plus, there are difference between party hacks pretending to be talk show hosts and talk show hosts who never, never say "My Party, right or wrong."
Thanks for listening closely to my arguments on the morning show, I appreciate the mention. Check out my blog postings on how we should be very careful here.
BTW, we are growing: Hugh Hewitt, Congressman Dan Lungren and KFBK's Talker Tom Sullivan ALL agree with my comments and concerns. There is MORE to this issue than just a the single issue banging for noise.
I've guest hosted for Hedgecock and his team (we do speak and talk issues, we have mutaul respect for each other), we have had this discussion. We agree with the end result, but we disagree as to the process...

Seriously, thanks again...
Hogue Show 1380 KTKZ (Sacramento) and 103.3 KCEE (Grass Valley and Nevada City) if you live in the great hills.
I recall vividly the Goldwater v. Rockefeller conflict. I do not buy that the only "educated" way is to blindly follow the mainline Party line.
From those open debates modern conservatism gave us eight years of Ronald Reagan and he lives on and on.
Except for selective enforcement none of the past three or four administrations has enforced immigration laws.
If the Bush Administration will actually enforce their shiny new "guest worker" law then how about proving it by reminding Mexico now! that they are a signatory to the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations, and as such, have promised not to interfere with the internal political affairs of the United States!! FAT CHANCE!
No shiny new laws for government and business to ignore!
You are always asking, "Okay, what's your plan?" I've stated it elsewhere but basically it involves giving those ILLEGAL immigrants who are self supporting (have jobs, businsses) a status similar to permanently residing under the color of law (PRUCOL). IMO they were invited here by reason of the government and business ignoring our laws. Then start enforcing the laws we have. Like I said there's more but here are the basics.

Who is the morning show idiot?
Nevermind, I see who it is. Small surprise that KRLA's RNC boot polisher is marching in step with him. That yuppie has never supported the locals in SoCal.
