In that case, the prosecution is guilty of a federal felony, 'Conspiracy Against Rights' covered under 18 USC 241. Absent a federal prosecution, I suspect the 'evidence' may be less compelling than is claimed.

the evidence is readily available for you to make your own judgment on... look through some of the previous threads on this topic for links to the videos, etc.

I don't know I saw the video on Hannity and Colmes. It looked pretty compelling to me.
