So .. if I make a contract with my employer - did I give my sovereignty away ..?? I don't think so. All I have to do is walk out the door - and the contract is over.

I tell you what. Me and some other guy are going to enter into a contract. In that contract we're going to enter your name with obligation that you must keep.

Question: Is that contract valid?

Answer: A contract that signs away ones unalienable rights without ones permission is as meaningless as dirt.
